Report of the Regulatory and Consents Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 29 July 2004

A meeting of the Regulatory and Consents Committee was held on Friday 9 July 2004 at 9.37am

Present:	Councillor Sue Wells (Chair), Councillors Helen Broughton,  David Cox,  Ishwar Ganda,   Lesley Keast,  Gail Sheriff and Norm Withers.
In Attendance:	Councillors Sally Buck and Pat Harrow and Bob Shearing (Riccarton/Wigram Community Board Chair).
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Megan Evans and Linda Rutland. Councillor David Cox retired temporarily from 9.38am to 11.43am and was absent for clauses 1, 2, 3 and 6 and for part of clause 4. Councillor Gail Sheriff retired temporarily from 10.55am to 11.20am and from 11.30am to 11.35am and was absent for clause 3 and for part of clause 4. Councillor Helen Broughton left the meeting at 10.55am and was absent for clauses 4, 5, 7 and 8.
