Report of the Hagley/Ferrymead Community Board to the Council meeting of Thursday 29 July 2004

A meeting of the Hagley/Ferrymead Community Board was held on Wednesday 7 July 2004 at 2pm

Present:	Bob Todd (Chairperson), Rod Cameron, David Cox, Anna Crighton, Shirley Fairhall, John Freeman, Brendan Smith and Denis O’Rourke.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Linda Rutland and Yani Johanson.Rod Cameron arrived at 2.02pm and was absent for clause 7. Brendan Smith arrived at 2.04pm and was absent for clause 7. Anna Crighton arrived at 2.05pm and departed at 3.55pm and was absent for clauses 3-5, 7, 9, 13.4, 14-17 and part of clause 2. John Freeman was absent for part of clauses 5.3 and 5.4.
