Report of the Community Plans Special Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 29 July 2004

A meeting of the Community Plans Special Committee was held on Tuesday 6 July 2004 at 10am

Present:	Councillor Ingrid Stonhill (Chairperson),Councillors Ishwar Ganda,  Alister James,  Chrissie Williams and Norm Withers (Acting Chairperson 10am-10.15am).
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Oscar Alpers and Carole Evans. An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Councillor Ingrid Stonhill who arrived at 10.15am. An apology for early departure was received and accepted from Councillor Alister James.
