Report of the Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 1 July 2004

A meeting of the Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee was held on Thursday 17 June 2004 at 3.30pm

Present:	Councillor Anna Crighton (Chairman),Councillors Oscar Alpers,  Paddy Austin,  Sally Buck,  Pat Harrow,  Gail Sheriff and Barbara Stewart.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from the Mayor and Councillor Ingrid Stonhill. Councillor Oscar Alpers arrived at 3.55pm and was absent for clause 1 and part of clause 4.C ouncillor Gail Sheriff arrived 5.07pm at and was absent for part of clause 6.
