A meeting of the Shirley/Papanui Community Board was held at 4pm on Wednesday 4 February 2004

Present:	Yvonne Palmer (Chairperson), Dennis Hills (Deputy Chairperson), Myra Barry, Anne Carroll, Robin Booth, Ingrid Stonhill, Graham Condon, Norm Withers, Megan Evans and Stephen Wright.
Apologies:	An apology for lateness was received from Ingrid Stonhill, who arrived at 4.04pm.
