Report of the Regulatory and Consents Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 26 February 2004

A meeting of the Regulatory and Consents Committee was held at 1.30pm on Wednesday 11 February 2004

Present:

Councillor Sue Wells (Chair), Councillors Helen Broughton,  David Cox,  Megan Evans,  Gail Sheriff and Norm Withers.

Apologies:

Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillor Ishwar Ganda and Lesley Keast. An apology for lateness was received from Councillor Megan Evans who arrived at 1.38pm and was temporarily absent from 2.55pm to 3.16pm and was absent for clause 5 and part of clause 6. Councillor Helen Broughton arrived at 1.47pm and retired at 3.30pm and was absent for part of clause 1 and clauses 7, 8 and 9.
