Report of the Community and Leisure Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 26 February 2004

A meeting of the Community and Leisure Committee was held at 12noon on Monday 9 February 2004

Present:

Councillor Graham Condon (Chairman), Councillors Oscar Alpers,  Carole Anderton,  Barry Corbett,  David Cox,  Carole Evans,  Megan Evans,  Ishwar Ganda,  Lesley Keast,  Ingrid Stonhill and Norm Withers.

Apologies:

An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Councillor Oscar Alpers. Councillor Oscar Alpers arrived at 1.15pm and was absent for clauses 3 and 4. Councillor Carole Evans retired at 12.55pm and was absent for clauses 1, 2, 5-8. Councillor Lesley Keast temporarily retired from 1.35pm to 2.34pm and was absent for clauses 2 and 6. Councillor David Cox retired at 1.47pm. Councillor Barry Corbett retired at 2.20pm.
