Report of the Community and Leisure Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 26 February 2004

A meeting of the Community and Leisure Committee was held at 2pm on Wednesday 18 February 2004

Present:	Councillor Graham Condon (Chairman),  Councillors Oscar Alpers,  Carole Anderton,  Barry Corbett,  Carole Evans,  Megan Evans,  Ishwar Ganda and Lesley Keast.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors David Cox and Norm Withers. An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Councillor Barry Corbett who arrived at 2.20pm. Councillor Lesley Keast arrived at 2.50pm and was absent for clause 4. Councillor Megan Evans retired at 2.45pm and was absent for clauses 1-3 and 5.
