A meeting of the Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee was held at 2pm on Thursday 12 February 2004

Present:	Councillor Anna Crighton (Chairman), Councillors Oscar Alpers,  Sally Buck,  Pat Harrow,  Gail Sheriff,  Barbara Stewart and Ingrid Stonhill.
Apologies:	An apology for absence was received and accepted from Councillor Paddy Austin. Councillor Ingrid Stonhill arrived at 2.15pm and was absent for clause 2.1 and part of clause 1. Councillor Oscar Alpers arrived at 2.20pm and was absent for clause 2.1 and part of clause 1.
