Report of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 26 August 2004

A meeting of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee was held on Tuesday 10 August 2004 at 9.30am

Present:	Councillor Denis O’Rourke (Chairman), The Mayor, Councillors Helen Broughton,  Sally Buck,  Graham Condon,  Barry Corbett,  Carole Evans,  Megan Evans,  Ingrid Stonhill,  Chrissie Williams and Ron Wright.
In Attendance:	Councillor Linda Rutland.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from the Mayor and for early retirement from Councillors Graham Condon and Ingrid Stonhill. Councillor Helen Broughton arrived at 9.42am and retired at 12.30pm and was absent for clauses 3-10 and 12-16 and part of clauses 2 and 11. Councillor Sally Buck retired at 1.25pm and was absent for clauses 5-10 and 13.1 and 13.2. Councillor Graham Condon retired temporarily from 10.12am to 10.15am and 11.04am to 11.12am and retired at 12.45pm and was absent for clauses 3-10, 12-16 and part of clause 11. Councillor Ingrid Stonhill retired temporarily from 11.12am to 11.18am and retired at 12.45pm and was absent for clauses 3-10, 12-16 and part of clause 1. Councillor Ron Wright retired temporarily from 11.12am to 11.15am and was absent for part of clause 1.
