Report of the Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 26 August 2004

A meeting of the Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee was held on Thursday 12 August 2004 at 3.30pm

Present:	Councillor Anna Crighton (Chairman), Councillors Oscar Alpers,  Paddy Austin,  Sally Buck,  Pat Harrow,  Gail Sheriff and Barbara Stewart.
In Attendance:	Councillor Ishwar Ganda
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from the Mayor and Councillor Ingrid Stonhill. Councillor Sally Buck arrived at 3.50pm and was absent for part of clause 3.1. Councillor Oscar Alpers arrived at 3.55pm and was absent for clause 3.1 and part of clause 3.2. Councillor Gail Sheriff retired at 4.35pm and was absent for clauses 1 and 3.5.
