A meeting of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee was held on Wednesday 14 April 2004 at 9am

Present:	Councillor Chrissie Williams (Acting Chairperson), Councillors Helen Broughton,  Graham Condon,  Barry Corbett,  Carole Evans and  Megan Evans.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from the Mayor,  Councillor Ingrid Stonhill and Councillors Sally Buck, Denis O’Rourke and Ron Wright (who had previously declared a conflict of interest in respect of the matter under discussion).
