Report of the Spreydon/Heathcote Community Board to the Council meeting of Thursday 22 April 2004

A meeting of the Spreydon/Heathcote Community Board was held at 4.30pm on Tuesday 23 March 2004

Present:	Phil Clearwater (Chairperson), Oscar Alpers, Carole Anderton, Lynda Carter, Barry Corbett, Paul de Spa, Sonia Gill, Elizabeth Maunsell and Sue Wells.
Apologies:	Paul de Spa arrived at 4.42pm and was absent for clause 3. Oscar Alpers arrived at 4.52pm and was absent for part of clause 1 and clause 3. Elizabeth Maunsell arrived at 5.18pm and was absent for clauses 1 and 3 and part of clause 4.
