Report of the Property and Major Projects Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 22 April 2004

A meeting of the Property and Major Projects Committee was held on Friday 2 April 2004 at 9.30am

Present:	Councillor Ron Wright (Chairman), Councillors Barry Corbett,  Alister James,  Denis O’Rourke,  Gail Sheriff,  Barbara Stewart and Norm Withers.
Apologies:	An apology for absence was received and accepted from Councillor Lesley Keast. An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Councillor Alister James, who arrived at 9.45am and was absent for clauses 1‑3 inclusive. An apology for early departure was received and accepted from Councillor Ron Wright, who retired at 10.35am and was absent for clauses 1 and 11, when Councillor Gail Sheriff assumed the chair.
