Report of the Parks, Gardens and Waterways Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 22 April 2004

A meeting of the Parks, Gardens and Waterways Committee was held on Wednesday 7 April 2004 at 3pm

Present:	Councillor Carole Anderton (Chairman), Councillors Helen Broughton,  Sally Buck,  Anna Crighton,  Carole Evans,  Pat Harrow,  Linda Rutland,  Chrissie Williams and Ron Wright.
Apologies:	Apologies for lateness were received and accepted from Councillors Helen Broughton, Pat Harrow and Ron Wright. Councillor Helen Broughton arrived at 3.08pm and was temporarily absent from 4.20pm to 4.40pm and was absent for parts of clauses 4 and 5. Councillor Pat Harrow arrived at 3.45pm and was absent for clause 4 and part of clause 6. Councillor Ron Wright arrived at 3.04pm and was absent for part of clause 4. Councillor Anna Crighton temporarily retired from 3.23pm to 3.45pm, retired at 5.16pm and was absent for parts of clauses 5 and 6. Councillor Ron Wright temporarily retired from 3.52pm to 3.58pm and was absent for part of clause  1. Councillor Sally Buck retired at 5.05pm and was absent for part of clause 5. Councillors Carole Evans and Chrissie Williams retired at 5.08pm and were absent for part of clause 5.
