Report of the Community and Leisure Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 22 April 2004

A meeting of the Community and Leisure Committee was held on Monday 5 April 2004 at 12 noon

Present:	Councillor Graham Condon (Chairman), Councillors Oscar Alpers, Carole Anderton, Barry Corbett, David Cox, Carole Evans, Megan Evans,  Ishwar Ganda, Lesley Keast, Ingrid Stonhill and Norm Withers.
Apologies:	Councillor Oscar Alpers arrived at 12.45pm, retired at 2.14pm and was absent for clauses 3, 4, 6, and 7. Councillor Lesley Keast temporarily retired from 1.30pm too 1.50pm and was absent for clauses 2 and 6. Councillor Ingrid Stonehill retired at 1.30pm and was absent for clause 3.
