Report of the Parks, Gardens and Waterways Committee 
to the Council

A meeting of the Parks, Gardens and Waterways Committee 
was held on Wednesday 9 October 2002 at 3pm

Present: Councillor Carole Anderton (Chairman),Councillors Helen Broughton, Sally Buck, Anna Crighton, Carole Evans, Pat Harrow and Chrissie Williams.
Apologies: Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Megan Evans and Ron Wright.
Councillor Anna Crighton arrived at 3.18pm and was absent for part of clause 4.
Councillor Helen Broughton retired temporarily from 4.07pm to 4.30pm and was absent for part of clause 2, clause 3, 5, 6 and 7.
Councillor Pat Harrow retired at 4.27pm and was absent for clauses 6, 7, 8 and 9.
