to the Council

A meeting of the Property and Major Projects Committee was held on
Friday 29 November 2002 at 9.30am

Present: Councillor Ron Wright (Chairman),
Councillors Barry Corbett, Lesley Keast, Denis O’Rourke, Gail Sheriff, Barbara Stewart and Norm Withers.
Apologies: An apology for absence was received and accepted from Councillor Erin Baker.
Councillor O’Rourke retired at 9.50am and was absent for part of clause 2 and clauses 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8.
