| Persons referring to the reports agendas or
minutes of meetings are advised that a decision or recommendation of a Committee or
Community Board may not be the decision of the Council on a particular issue. For example, a report at a Community
Board meeting on the siting of a bus stop may subsequently be referred to the City
Services Committee and the Council before a decision is made.
Please follow the report
through the Council process to the Council meeting agenda and minutes to confirm the
Council’s decision.
It should be noted also that
matters considered at meetings with the public excluded are not reported on the internet.
