Persons referring to the reports agendas or minutes of meetings are advised that a decision or recommendation of a Committee or Community Board may not be the decision of the Council on a particular issue. For example, a report at a Community Board meeting on the siting of a bus stop may subsequently be referred to the City Services Committee and the Council before a decision is made. Please follow the report through the Council process to the Council meeting agenda and minutes to confirm the Council’s decision.
