Council’s water-saving message boosted by trio of 10-year-olds
Fendalton School have taken on the City Council’s ideas about the need for water conservation. Students believe everyone can make a difference in conserving the city’s excellent
water. With that idea, they took on a project to educate others, especially
students their age, about how to conserve water and the consequences of not
doing so. Given a free hand by teacher Kiri Anngow and a little help from the Christchurch
City Council, students have created a brochure, game, poster and a five-minute
digital film backing up the Council’s messages. |
