Anzac artwork to be unveiled 11 Nov

Poppies over Gallipoli, an artwork for Anzac Drive, will be unveiled at 10.45am on 11 November. The work, by local artists Judith Streat and Ian Lamont, symbolises the Anzac spirit and captures the poignancy of human loss during wartime.

The ceremony coincides with Remembrance Day and the signing of the Armistice which ended World War I. Interested members of the public are welcome to attend the ceremony, at the south-west corner of Anzac Drive and the Travis Road roundabout. Parking is available in the QEII car park.
