Make Mothers Day special this year with a Christchurch Garden City Rose. The beautiful red rose is still available through McCully’s Garden Centres in Christchurch. Funds raised from their sale go to the Mayor’s Welfare Fund, which helps the needy in Christchurch.

The Christchurch Garden City Rose has medium to dark-red exhibition blooms, is strong and healthy with dark-green foliage, has few thorns and grows to a medium height. It and the Vicki Buck Rose have been developed as part of a special project to assist the community of Christchurch. The Vicki Buck Rose should be for sale in Christchurch in July.
