Washington Reserve
The new car park at Washington Reserve will be finished around the middle of July, with a two-hour restriction. Parks and Waterways planner Suzanne Weld says this is to help users of the skate facility find a park when they need it. The car park will be landscaped and efforts have been made to keep the space on the corner of Washington Way and Moorhouse Avenue as open green space. Efforts are also being made to clear the reserve of posters and other advertising that has become increasingly evident. |
