The new summer edition of the Mizone Christchurch Sport and Recreation Guide is out now. The new Guide has contact details and event information for a wide range of both sport and recreation groups and 40,000 copies have been printed which are available free to anyone with an interest in sport and recreation in Christchurch this summer. One of the most popular features of the 50-page Guide is a fold-out map of Christchurch sports grounds.

“Not everyone wants to play competitive sport, so we have broadened the scope of the listings to include more information about active recreational options as well,” says Chris Wallace of the Council’s Sports Promotions Team. “Our aim is to make it easier for people to get active.”
