Localeye is a new internet gateway dedicated to information about Christchurch and Canterbury.

The service — at www.localeye.info — is being provided by the City Council’s City Libraries and is being funded by the Council and the Community Trust.

So far, more than 3000 resources have been catalogued. The Canterbury Search function only delivers results connected in some way with Christchurch and Canterbury — no need to work your way through hundreds of results when you are looking for local information.
