Christchurch’s six Community Boards each year provide the City Council with an overview of the needs of their areas and this information is used in the preparation of the Annual Plan.

The information is gathered through talking with groups, individuals, residents organisations, schools and many others throughout the year.

If you have any ideas or suggestions for your

community, please advise your Board. Their addresses and numbers are listed at the bottom of this page.

Overleaf are a pair of maps covering your Community Board area of Christchurch.

Underneath is a schedule showing work the City Council proposes for the area. Each entry also shows in which year, or over which years, that work is due to be undertaken.

On Page 9 is printed an Annual Plan submission form for anyone who wishes to comment on any aspect of this local work or on any other part of the Council’s draft Plan.

The feedback forms and other information about the plan is also available on the Internet, through the Council website, at www.ccc.govt.nz/AnnualPlan/2003/Draft/submissionform.asp
