The Friends of Linwood Park Working Party was established following a public meeting in February about the park. Around 60 people attended the meeting, where a desire to work more closely with the City Council and the surrounding community was expressed.

The working party will meet with the Hagley/Ferrymead Community Board to discuss suggestions developed at February’s meeting. Another public meeting will be held in May to consider what progress has been made.
