Learn to swim with Swim Smart Christchurch aquatic programme

Learn to swim and be safe in the water with Swim Smart. A learn to swim and aquatic programme catering for babies aged six months, through to adults. Classes are provided at three Christchurch City Council Leisure Centres, Centennial, Pioneer and QEII Park.

The modern facilities and thoroughly trained swim tutors help to make a great swimming experience. There are more than 175 swim classes each term so there is bound to be a class time to suit you.

It’s never too late to learn to swim. Adult classes cater for the real beginner and for people who can swim but would like to learn, for example, how to breathe with their freestyle. Swimming for fitness is a low-stress complete body workout helping to improve muscle tone and strength. It helps condition the respiratory system enabling it to function more efficiently.

Call us to receive a Swim Smart brochure. Phone 941 6840.
