Halswell Exercise Class - Do you want to be healthy and feel good?

Christchurch City Council Recreation and Sport has an affordable gentle exercise programme available to residents living in the Halswell area.

The Halswell class is held each Monday from 1-2pm at the Baptist Church Hall in Balcairn Street, Halswell. The cost is $3.00.  This is a regular class run through the school term and caters for older adults or those with limited mobility.  Go and try your first class for FREE!
