Plaque to commemorate Graham Condon

A plaque commemorating the late Councillor Graham Condon’s contributions to the Shirley/Papanui Community Board will be unveiled by Christchurch Mayor Garry Moore this week.
Media are invited to attend the unveiling at the Papanui Service Centre on Wednesday 19 September at 7am.
Members of Councillor Condon’s family have been invited to the breakfast ceremony, which will also be attended by Christchurch City Council Chief Executive Tony Marryatt, members of the Shirley/Papanui Community Board and staff at the service centre.
Councillor Condon served on the board from 1995 until 1998, when he was elected to the City Council and appointed Community Board member.
