Lindon Puffin to Play Cathedral Square

Free Friday Lunchtime Concert, November 28th, 12.15pm to 1.15pm, Cathedral
Square.
Following the release of his highly acclaimed solo album Stuff Like That
and last summers extensive nationwide tour which included 45 shows and 30
high schools, local singer songwriter Lindon Puffin has spent the winter ‘locked
down’ on Banks Peninsula, writing new material for his next release,
and putting the finishing touches on a television documentary of the tour,
due to start next year.
One time front man for local glam rock heroes ‘The Puffins’,
Lindon has spent the last few years building up an impressive reputation
for his lively, interactive solo show and has performed alongside many of
New Zealand’s most respected musicians.
Lindon will play in Cathedral Square this Friday from 12.15pm as part of
the Free Friday lunchtime Concert Series, produced by Christchurch City
Council Leisure. This performance marks the beginning of a new South Island
Tour and a preview of his latest work.
