Does your sports club or physical recreation organisation need funding?
Applications
are invited for funding from the Burwood/Pegasus Physical Sport
and Recreation Fund.
The Burwood/ Pegasus Physical Sport and Recreation
Fund is available to non-profit clubs and organisations to support
local sport and
physical activities in the Burwood/Pegasus wards.
Development of
physical recreation and sport for youth (under 20 years of age)
is the Fund’s
main focus. Applications from other groups will also be considered.
Local
organisations and clubs have until Friday 11 July 2003 to make
applications. Seminars will be held at the Burwood/Pegasus
Community Board’s boardroom, cnr Beresford and Union Streets, New
Brighton (next to Harcourts) on Tuesday 24 June at 10.00 am and
Wednesday 25 June at 6.00
pm to give applicants more information about the fund and application
process.
