Public meeting about the future of Linwood Park
This week the Friends of Linwood Park working party will report back to the community their recommendations for making Linwood Park a safe and enjoyable space for all the community.
A public meeting will be held at Linwood Intermediate School, McLean Street, Linwood, on Thursday 30 May at 7.30pm.
Topics will include the skate ramp, lighting, possible fencing, and closure of the park at certain times of the day, the mural, what police, wardens and rangers can do to improve security, and community events.
