Big Party To Farewell Hydroslide

This is a reminder that the huge free hydroslide-a-thon and a party will be held at Queen Elizabeth 2 on Saturday 13 January.

The 19-year-old hydroslide is to be dismantled as part of the $20 million redevelopment of the leisure complex.

The hydroslide-a-thon will be the last chance to use the hydroslide. Free rides will begin at 9am and run until 9pm. A pool party will be held from 6pm as part of the celebrations.

The only cost will be the normal entry to the Queen Elizabeth 2 complex of $3 for adults and $1.50 for children.
