Originally from Zaire, Sam Manzanza and the Rhythm African Band will liven up Cathedral Square this Friday 7th.
Specializing in the rhythmic tones of African dance music, Sam has toured widely throughout New Zealand, playing at outdoor festivals, corporate events, and night clubs.
His powerful rhythms blend traditional and modern beats, and he composes many of the songs performed – sung in French, English and Lingala.
