The Big Sk8 Out

The Big SK8 Out kicks off on Thursday 13^th April with six days of skating workshops for guys and girls. Each workshop will tour all the hot skate facilities in the city with tuition at each skate park. There are also awesome demonstrations, spot prizes and safety hints from some of Christchurch’s hottest skaters.

Pick up a programme from your favourite skate shop or local Christchurch City Council Service Centre or telephone Christchurch City Council Leisure on 372-2840.

Skate Jammin'

Two new skateparks are being built in the city to cater for young people - and anyone else keen to ride four small wheels.
