Red Buses Get New Images

Many of Christchurch’s Red Buses are to get colourful promotional designs fixed on them

The Christchurch City Council’s City Promotions Unit and Red Bus Ltd have devised the three designs to promote the city centre.

The images will be used on the rear sides of the buses.

The three designs are in montage forms. Two feature city centre scenes and the other is a montage of the city’s cultural precincts of the Botanic Gardens, the Arts Centre, the Canterbury Museum, and the McDougall Art Gallery.

The non-advertising promotional designs celebrate life in Christchurch and will appear on Red Buses from today.
