Rubbish Trailers $5 Each
In two news releases yesterday it was stated that trailer loads of green waste rubbish taken to Christchurch’s refuse stations will attract a special discount.
The cost will be $5 a trailer, down from $7.
The discount has been extended to Labour Day 23 October for the dumping of green waste.
Last weekend it is estimated that 600 extra tonnes of green waste was dumped following last Thursday’s storm. It is expected that a similar amount will be dumped this weekend.
