Dance 'til You Drop with the J R Blues Band

FREE Friday Lunchtime Concert, Cathedral Square, Friday 1st September

With a wide repertoire including Robert Johnson, Count Basie, Willie Dixon and Muddy Waters, the J R Blues band cover all the blues bases this Friday in Cathedral Square.

Band members have played with some of the finest local and overseas bands, including the in-house Southern Blues Bar band, the 'Hot Tamales', and have recently played a two month season at Lyttleton's 'Wunderbar'.

J R Blues Band have recently produced a CD entitled ' You Never Felt More Like Swingin' The Blues', including hits such as 'Pink Champagne', 'Watermelon Man' and 'Walkin Blues'.

There will be many opportunities to dance 'til you drop this Friday lunchtime in Cathedral Square!
