KURA KAUPAPA DESIGNATION FOR OLD WORK DEPOT SITE
IN SPREYDON SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS

The Commissioners have recommended that the Ministry confirms the designation for a Primary School on the site at 81 Lyttelton Street, subject to conditions.

The recommendation has been forwarded to the Ministry of Education which has 30 days to issue a decision which is open to appeal to the Environment Court by dissatisfied submitters or the Council.

After the decision by the Minister, all submitters will receive a copy of the decision and have 15 days to lodge their appeal with the Court, copies will be available at the Service Centres for perusal.
