On page 178, and in Table 3.2.1b on page 179, of Volume Two of the Draft LTCCP 2009-2019 the Council signalled that a staff submission would be made recommending to the Council an update to the figures described in the policy as equivalences. Equivalences are used in calculating the growth in demand for Council services caused by non-residential developments and for determining the household unit equivalences used to calculate non-residential Development Contributions charges.
This submission is not part of the draft LTCCP Development Contributions Policy. A submission to Council by Council officers has the same status as a submission from the public. It does not become part of the Council policy unless adopted by Council.
Any person making a submission on the draft development contributions policy may wish to take this information into account.
