Report of the Urban Planning and Growth Special Committee to the Council Meeting of 23 October 2003

Present:	Councillor Sally Buck (Chairperson), Councillors Oscar Alpers, Helen Broughton, David Cox, Anna Crighton, Denis O'Rourke, Sue Wells and Chrissie Williams.
In Attendance:	Mike Mora (Riccarton/Wigram Community Board).
Apologies:	An apology for absence were received and accepted from Councillor Pat Harrow. Councillor Sue Wells arrived at 9.25am and was not present for part of clause 2. Councillor Oscar Alpers retired from the meeting at 11.20am and was absent for clause 6.2 and part of clause 4. Councillors Helen Broughton and Denis O’Rourke retired from the meeting at 11.30am and were absent for clause 6.2.
