Report of the Riccarton/Wigram Community Board
to the Council

A meeting of the Riccarton/Wigram Community Board 
was held on Wednesday 29 October 2003 at 5pm

Present: Mike Mora (Chairperson), Neville Bennett, Helen Broughton, Ishwar Ganda, Ken Cummings, Peter Laloli, Paddy Austin, Lesley Keast and Bob Shearing.
Apologies: Apologies for lateness were received and accepted from Paddy Austin and Helen Broughton.
Helen Broughton arrived at 5.15 pm and was present for all clauses except clause 7.
Paddy Austin arrived at 6.10 pm and was present for all clauses except clauses 1, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8.
