Report of the Parks, Gardens and Waterways Committee 
to the Council

A meeting of the Parks, Gardens and Waterways Committee 
was held on Wednesday 12 March 2003 at 9.30am

Present: Councillor Carole Anderton (Chairman),
Councillors Helen Broughton,  Sally Buck,  Anna Crighton,  Pat Harrow,  Chrissie Williams and Ron Wright.
Apologies: An apology for absence was received and accepted from Councillor Carole Evans.
An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Councillor Pat Harrow, who arrived at 9.40am and was absent for part of clause 2.
Councillor Pat Harrow retired temporarily from 10.10am to 10.24am and was absent for part of clause 6.
Councillor Helen Broughton retired temporarily from 10.46am to 10.46am, 11.40am to 11.55am, retired at 12 noon and was absent for part of clauses 3, 4, 7 and 9.
Councillor Anna Crighton retired at 11.55am and was absent for part of clause 5 and clauses 9‑12.
Councillor Chrissie Williams retired at 12.04pm and was absent for part of clause 9 and clauses 10-12.
