Report of the Consultation and Communication Special Committee to the Council Meeting of 26 June 2003

26. 6. 2003

Present:	Councillor Oscar Alpers (Chairman), Councillors Paddy Austin, Barry Corbett, Carole Evans, Ingrid Stonhill and Sue Wells, Mrs Yvonne Palmer and Mr Mike Mora.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Sally Buck and Megan Evans and Mr Bob Todd. An apology for lateness was received from Councillor Paddy Austin who arrived at 10.10am. Yvonne Palmer retired at 11.15am and was absent for part of clause 1. Councillor Ingrid Stonhill retired at 11.47am and was absent for part of clause 1.
