Report of the Burwood/Pegasus Community Board
to the Council

A meeting of the Burwood/Pegasus Community Board 
was held on Thursday 26 May 2003 at 4pm

Present: Don Rowlands (Chairperson), 
Bob Andrews, Glenda Burt, Carole Evans, Carmen Hammond, Caroline Kellaway, Andy Lea, Gail Sheriff and Chrissie Williams.
Apologies: An apology for absence was received and accepted from Alister James.
An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Caroline Kellaway, who arrived at 4.25 pm and was present for clauses 1, 4 to 10, 12 to 15 and part of clause 3.
An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Andy Lea, who arrived at 5.15 pm and was present for clauses 6 to 10, 12 to 15 and part of clause 5.
Chrissie Williams retired at 6.57 pm, and was absent for clause 15.
