Report of the Regulatory & Consents Committee to the Council Meeting of 24 July 2003

24. 7. 2003

Present:	Councillor Sue Wells (Chair), Councillors Helen Broughton, David Cox, Megan Evans, Ishwar Ganda, Lesley Keast, Gail Sheriff and Norm Withers.
In Attendance:	Councillor Barbara Stewart attended the meeting from 9.55am to 11.08am during consideration of clauses 2, 5-7 and part of clause 3. Councillor Pat Harrow attended the meeting from 11am to 11.40am during consideration of part of clause 2 and clauses 8 and 9.
Apologies:	An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Councillor Lesley Keast who arrived at 11am and was absent for clauses 1, 3‑7 and part of clause 2. Councillor Keast retired at 11.10am and was absent for clauses 8 and 9. Councillor Megan Evans retired at 11.02am and was absent for part of clause 2 and clauses 8 and 9.
