Report of the Hagley/Ferrymead Community Board
to the Council

A meeting of the Hagley/Ferrymead Community Board 
was held on Wednesday 2 July 2003 at 2pm

Present: Bob Todd (Chairperson), Rod Cameron, David Cox, Anna Crighton, Yani Johanson, Denis O’Rourke, Linda Rutland and Brendan Smith.
Apologies:

Apologies for absence were received and accepted from John Freeman and Erin Baker.
Apologies for early departure were received and accepted from Anna Crighton and Denis O’Rourke.
Denis O’Rourke and Anna Crighton departed at 2.25pm and were present for clauses 1, 8.6, 11 and 18.
Brendan Smith departed at 3.30pm and was absent for clauses 9 and 12.3.
