Report of the Consultation and Communication Special Committee 
to the Council

A meeting of the Consultation and Communication Special Committee
was held on Friday 20 June 2003 at 2pm

Present: Councillor Oscar Alpers (Chairman),
Councillors Sally Buck,  Barry Corbett,  Carole Evans,  Megan Evans,  Ingrid Stonhill and Sue Wells,  Mrs Yvonne Palmer and Mr Bob Todd.
Apologies:

An apology for absence was received and accepted from Councillor Paddy Austin.
Apologies for lateness were received and accepted from Councillor Carole Evans, who arrived at 2.10pm, Councillor Megan Evans, who arrived at 2.22pm and Councillor Ingrid Stonhill, who arrived at 2.15pm.
Councillor Ingrid Stonhill retired at 2.50pm and was absent for clauses 1, 4 and 5 and part of clause 3.
Councillor Megan Evans retired at 3.25pm and was absent for clauses 1, 4 and 5 and part of clause 3.
Councillor Sally Buck retired at 3.25pm and was absent for clauses 1, 4 and 5.
